Make an informed roofing decision
The roof’s layers and condition determine the options. Start with leak history, drainage, existing repairs and the findings needed to compare complete scopes.
A serviceable system with a specific defect may suit a repair. Identify the source, compatible materials and the repair boundaries before approving the work.
An eligible existing roof may be considered for a specified coating system. Necessary repairs, moisture findings and adhesion requirements must be addressed; a new surface cannot make wet or failed layers sound.
Widespread deterioration, unsuitable existing layers or unresolved moisture may require a broader scope. Compare removal, substrate work, drainage, the new system and disruption to building operations.
For coating work, confirm preparation, the selected system, application requirements and written terms. See coating suitability and commercial maintenance.
